Contact details can be updated through the account settings section once you are logged in. For security reasons, jj7 requires you to verify your existing mobile number or email before the change is applied — this is to prevent unauthorised modifications to your account. If you have already lost access to your current registered contact, reach out to jj7 support with your CNIC details so the team can manually verify your identity and update the information safely.
